You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. All items returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. The exception to this rule is – Special orders these goods are not usually stocked, these items require a 50% deposit upon ordering. All returns ordered incorrectly should be returned at your cost, please include a copy of you order and contact detail stating if you require a refund, exchange or replacement. We strongly advise using an insured postal service when returning goods back to us.
Faulty/Damaged Products If in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. We will arrange collection of the original goods which must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Incorrect Orders We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please advise us within 48hrs of receiving your goods.
